Room was limd of gross. Stuff dripping down the table, and chairs. Bedside table top looks like it was sprayed and not wiped, coffee spill on floor never cleaned up, some weird feeling spill on carpet. No linen for pull out couch, but didn't need them as it was nit comfortable. Grossed me out when I stepped on it barefoot. Goldfish spilled by pool, still there the next day soggy. But, the original guy at the front desk was very kind, and knowledgeable. The breakfast was ok.

We were extremely happy with our stay. All the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very clean from the front to back door and the hotel room. My favorite part of the stay was breakfast. Not only was the food delicious, Stephanie who is in charge of it all is one of the nicest people I’ve met. I could have hung out all morning drinking coffee and reading or studying. Stepanie was so sweet, kind and made me feel like I was visiting family. Definitely would stay again.

I had a terrible experience I had no use of the bathroom cuz the toilet flooded so then they gave me a new room across the hall and again I had no use of the toilet. A weekend stay and I spent the weekend going to the lobby to be able to go to the bathroom. I asked for the manager when I saw a woman walking down the hall dressed a little better than the rest of the staff she told me she wasn't the manager when I went to the front desk and they called the manager the same woman greeted me. There were what appear to be feces wiped on the wall the woman told me it was a metal hinge that holds the door I showed her the picture which I will attach if I still have it all she said to me was I got the best price I could for the room no offer of anything other than a free stay which I wouldn't even stay there for free.

In one word. Tatiana. The worst “manager” I have ever encountered in my life. The hotel had issues charging my friends card so we used my card instead. She stayed there for 5 days, that I paid for. She had to extend her stay for one more night, so while going down to the lobby Tatiana was the manager on duty to “help”. Immediately making her feel uncomfortable and rolling her eyes. We disputed card charges & why they were incorrect & did what we could on our end to fix it. Meanwhile another person was trying to book a room & their 3 year old child was crying in the lobby Tatiana screamed at the child & told the parents they weren’t welcomed there. She then gave us paperwork to fill out & no answers on why the charges were the way they were. I asked about the paperwork because when she first checked in a week prior there was no paperwork. & she said “ you could just go to another hotel “ we explained that she is staying for one more night because her apartment isn’t ready after the house fire. She then proceeded to yell at her, degrade her, embarrass her. We tried to avoid confrontation at all cost, to stay at this hotel. No hospitality whatsoever. You are not a guest there. Tatiana is a poor example for a manager of a hotel.

Yes, they do! Let them know beforehand, and be sure to bring your card to show the front desk upon arrival.
Call the hotel, tell them it's an emergency and you need to contact your family. They can either put you through to the room, or can get a message to your family to call you back.
I have seen checkin at 3:30AM as well. So I guess its 24 hrs a day
Yes, there is room that has all accessories like computer, printer, notepad and pen. And it is accessible 24*7. That room remain open, no lock.
Yes Always at any Hotel
