I don't think that trailers are allowed on Driver's Flat road. I know that rafting companies are not allowed to bring down even small trailers due to the narrow condition of the road. Backing is often necessary to even pass on coming traffic...

Teardrop maybe, but only if you have experience on narrow mountain roads.
