Rv park not an rv resort. There is a lot of workers and full time residents which if A okay with me. The roads need repaired badly. The sites were average, the pool is tiny and closes at 5:30pm. The laundry room could use an update but it was clean. The front staff was very friendly. Would be more stars with some upkeep

Very nice staff. Laundry area is so clean. Good hot coffee available in the morning, little bit of grocery items and cold beer. Wine is room temperature.

Note: Management made up for the following with a refund. There were several non working elements in this cabin including but not limited to hot water, lights, & difficulty connecting to WiFi. Housekeeping was poor, with blood on the bedding, a dirty fork left in the kitchenette sink. Unclean sinks, tub, coffee maker, couters, etc. It's quite noisy & the permanent neighbor has 2 German Shepherds penned right outside the window that continuously barked throughout the morning we were paking up to leave, starting at about 6:00 am when the owner left for work. Again, the management was very nice, understanding, & displayed a desire to rectify our grievances. Thus they're getting 2 stars instead of 1.

Clean quiet place to stop over. Looks like plenty of long-term campers but they were friendly and kept neat sites. Lots of pull-through sites, a few back in, and some tent sites. A couple dog parks. One small playground. HEATED, very clean bathhouses!!! Would definitely stop over again. Only complaint is that the sewer elbow didn't fit at the dump station on the way out.
