Old blonde lady is so rude and impolite 5/24, 2022 afternoon. I told her “ I sent my manifest to your email, please check your email and print it” She shouted “ I can’t leave the counter and just wait “ Why can’t she leave the counter? There is no customer. I waited for more than 10minutes watching her do nothing. It was awkward and weird. I couldn’t understand this situation. Is it really hard to go inside office and print a document? She didn’t do anything but stare into space. I thought it would take a decade for me to get a document here. So I gave up and left this truck stop.

I Can not recall right off hand 10 bucks or 12 it's been a few years since I was over the road but when I did it didn't matter cause when you can get a shower you take it no matter what it costs cause the Pilot in Carlin is closer than Wells or Battle Mountain or even closer than Winnamucca..
