I am very frustrated by the Chelsea McD's. I love the mocha frappe's but it seems like the machine is always down at this store. It's usually between 5 to 7:30pm. Is the machine really broken that often or do they purposely stop making them to

sometimes things need to be cleaned or get overwhelmed from busy times (5-7...) at restaurants. Bigby and other cafes are only a 2 minute drive from this location also :)

I don't get them very often but when I do with the Page Avenue and Jackson I don't seem to have a problem
