It was good all I did was pay a bill but I did buy my smartphone through Sony and using their service which is totally awesome
I believe Premium means it's a franchise (e.g. multiple stores) whereas authorized is individually owned. There is also a corporate store run directly by Verizon. Should verify with the store if it makes a difference.
