I dread coming to this pharmacy, my children and I all have asthma and need monthly medication to manage it. There are always issues with the coverage. I have gotten to the point of calling before driving in to pick it up. When calling I get dead silence, after saying hello a few times, someone will ask how they can help me, then more dead silence, I get asked the name and date of birth, provide that, get an ok, then placed on hold. I am told everything is good to go and can come in and pick up our prescriptions, I drive in, to find out either the medication is not ready, or the coverage is yet again being billed incorrectly or both. Its so frustrating and sad. I will say there is one person that I find to be helpful and kind, I am thankful for McKayla.

So sad but this location went downhill. Good luck getting an assistant to help you, they just point you to the auto checkouts that always require an associates' help. I recommend the one Jackson Rd now.

At drive up at 8:05 am. Pharmacy is closed. 8:15 called store to find out about their hours. Open at 8 but can't get in Pharmacy, manager is late. I:45 I received my prescription.
