A huge shout out to Camping World of Ann Arbor! We had a really bad experience with another camper dealership. On our way home we stopped into Camping World of Ann Arbor. Our salesman Mike is the best. He help us find what we wanted and made the entire day so much better. He made sure everything was easy and stress free. When we went to pick up our new camper, Alex walked us through every inch of our camper. He answered all our questions and concerns. He was fabulous! Jeremiah did the financing for us and walked us through all the paperwork to make sure we knew where the money going and coming from. Every single person that works for Camping World of Ann Arbor made us feel welcomed and at ease with our purchases. We most definitely will not go anywhere else ever again! We really appreciate Mike for making our experience an awesome one!

Had a great experience with Chelsea Camping World! Alex was very thorough about walking me through all the operations and how things work, and what to look for. The financial guy, (wish I could remember his name) was fantastic! He made sure I understood everything, and explained each document, he's a huge asset to the company!! Tim, the salesman was pretty good, but needs to be a bit more "people friendly", needs to relax and interact at customers level, not above them. We went there from Toledo Ohio, to ONLY look at one specific camper, so we knew exactly what we wanted, and what we were interested in. Thank you for a great experience! Carl & Kim Knoblauch

Camping World of Ann Arbor has been incredible from the start! I reached out to view a camper virtually and Joshua was quick to respond. He was able to hold the camper with a small deposit until I could make the trip to pick up my new camper. Upon arrival everyone was so kind, informative, and genuinely excited for me as I purchased my new camper! They walked me through all I needed to know, hooked up my weight distribution hitch for me, and made sure I left with everything I needed to get started. I did not interact with a single employee who wasn’t kind and knowledgeable, it was truly a wonderful experience start to finish. Since my purchase Matthew has reached out to ensure I have been happy with my camper, which I have been! Courtney also reached out and kindly canceled my 60 day follow up appointment as I have had zero issues with my camper! I highly recommend Camping World of Ann Arbor!

Experience was first class. Hollie the first person I had contact with was very nice. Craig our salesman was great. They made me and my wife extremely comfortable. While I was looking at some campers. I think the second one I left my cell phone in it. After we got done I realized I had misplaced my cell phone. When I told him they all acted like it was very important to them that I found my cell phone instead of just saying go look through the camper. The salesman went through all the campers with me to help me find it. Said he wasn’t even worried about making a sale at this point just wanted to find that dang phone. He understood that cell phones are a big part of everyone’s life now. I thought that was really considerate. I would definitely recommend If you’re gonna buy a camper at least stop in.

As such, we are fully open for business in all departments, all locations, with enhanced operational procedures to protect employees, customers, and visitors. - We require all employees, customers, and visitors to wear masks in indoor public spaces. Yes they do carry them. Knowing people work and what they say they do a very good job with there trailers.
