Asked for a estimate on a lumber package, doors, and windows for a new house build (roughly $80,000+) Was immediately told no we will not price match any other reputable lumber yards, "heres the thing, we know we are going to provide excellent customer service and our lumber is going to be of high quality. Were just not interested in chasing that tail around". Ok, well I will still see if their competitive.... fast forward 3 months when i get a call "do you still need a quote on that lumber package?" 3 MONTHS!!! for a simple estimate. Window guy never did call with his estimate. I waited many weeks for those estimates, I needed them for mapping out the project cost. They cost me time and money. This is far from excellent customer service. I went with mpc cashway lumber, had lumber numbers within a week and windows same day on a saturday! Thats the customer service and respect you should receive.

This does not include special order, lumber, plywood, OSB, roofing, composite decking, railing, trim, siding, drywall, insulation and other items that do not fall under the Showroom hardware category.
