Why is it that this restaurant is so slow and always out of thier top sellers. I have worked in the food service industry many times and you dont run out of your biggest sellers every week. If that happens someone needs held accountable

You think thats bad, i went to McDonald's last night ordered 6 McDoubles. I figured even a total dumb ass couldn't mess that up. Get home only have 5, try to call them no one answers and cant even leave a message. I dont know why there spending profits remodeling the store when they need to be hiring math tutors to teach there employees how to count.

Or be closed for 4 hours every night to do a 15 min computer reset

They close for hours at night bc they have to clean from top to bottom of that store. It isn't just a computer reset.

Maybe it's changed since you guys have been there but I just placed a really large order everything different with cheese without cheese no onion no tomato I figured it be a big mess no they got everything perfect so maybe the morning crew is better I don't know I haven't been there in the evening and I haven't been there at 3:15 yet but I'll keep that in mind I always check my bags anyway before I leave

Today I special ordered my fries in hopes they would not be cold. I waited an extra few minutes for them to prepare them special for me. The fries were still cold and so was my mcdouble. Consistently serving under temperature old food. For gawds sakes why cant they get it right? Ive emailed corporate, ive spoken with an area supervisor and location manager last year about this. Unfortunately next I will have to file complaints with the Board of Health. Maybe then they will get it right? Im giving them once last chance after the inspection, and if its not fixed im going back to corporate again and board of health😠Im sick to death of food unfit for human consumption. Somebody is going to get extremely sick and possibly lose their life eating their food.

I always have my order messed up on night shift. Plus, plan on waiting 15 to 20 minutes for someone to wait on you. They don't even acknowledge you. Very rude.

They all need alot of help busy busy and cant make ur food lst rite when its rite in front of them!! But i still like McDonald's
