Why is it that this restaurant gets to serve food that is not completely done, using the method they use to send it out, and they get away with it??

That McD is not good at certain times. One night there was a line of cars sitting in the drive-thru because the manager was having a meltdown. So the whole store just stopped taking orders. This actually happened more than once. But never had an issue during the day.

That would be a management issue. If you have a problem, you should contact their regional manager or district manager.
