This particular location in New Castle was rather unorganized & unappealing. They lost my online order, charged me twice & had me standing around for 20 minutes waiting on undertrained employees to eventually give me underwhelming food. This may not be their regular M.O., but this day was definitely not the best experience. Tighten up fellas!

We went there after doing a little shopping in Richmond. We ordered our food and waited. And waited. After 45 minutes because they forgot about us and how I don't know because my 6'4" son was standing right there. Didn't give him a receipt. Several customers came in after us and got their food. So getting tired, I went up and asked them about my order. I got a deer in a headlight look. Finally a manager, I think, came up and I told him what we had, our order number was given to someone else and they got our food and assumed theirs too. Took another 10 to 15 minutes to get the order. We got it and went to the car. Then the french fries were cold. I took them back in and told them I wanted hot fries. What I saw standing there was a mess. People were laughing and playing around and they had customers waiting. It would have never happened when I was working at McDonald's.

Rachel, the general manager is great! We just went today and all of our food was fresh and correct. The dining room was clean and well cared for. The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful.

Usually have pretty good service here and orders are correct but went a couple nights ago and ordered 2 medium fries, a small coke and two cups of ice only. Received the fries and coke and then also received 3 cups of water (and was charged for all 3).

You think thats bad, i went to McDonald's last night ordered 6 McDoubles. I figured even a total dumb ass couldn't mess that up. Get home only have 5, try to call them no one answers and cant even leave a message. I dont know why there spending profits remodeling the store when they need to be hiring math tutors to teach there employees how to count.
At times it sure is. They do need to pick up theirplace. Fast food should be somewhat "fast"....

Yeah well that's why I don't go to McDonald's anymore I can't stand McDonald's they always get the food wrong they do away with food that is really good and their overpriced and overrated!
They are extremely short staffed because people quit because of the GM and most of the people there are new and not trained properly. You have to be patient with people because you never know the whole story.

That McD is not good at certain times. One night there was a line of cars sitting in the drive-thru because the manager was having a meltdown. So the whole store just stopped taking orders. This actually happened more than once. But never had an issue during the day.
Everyone has the right to their own opinion, If your not satisfied with the food you have the right to express yourself but you should let the main office of MCDONALD'S know how you feel about the condition of the food and request your money back and they should investigate the problem....

That's a good question. They probably should update the hours so people don't expect them to be open 24 hrs when they're not.
If you are concerned, ask to speak to the manager on duty.
No one really knows until they advertise the deal sorry wecouldnt be more help
