I wouldn't recommend it!
I saw the guides wearing shorts. If there really short your thighs would probably rub on the saddle though. They trotted a little on my ride as well and I don't imagine that would feel too good.
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it because of the insects along the trails. My gf wore a sundress and regretted it...
