I hate to complain but I need to be honest. It's a shame to whoever sets the nightly rates at this hotel. This hotel isn't worth a third of what they charge. I can't believe it's almost $200 a night. I wish my family and I wouldve seen the room first before we paid. Definitely never coming back to stay here. The bathrooms were disgusting. They were never cleaned. It was awful. I wish we could get our money back.

I came to this hotel as a travel nurse First room I was in RM 119 had MOLD ON the ceiling, 😬 when I say it was so loud I guess up guest....i heard a BOOM i immediately grab my son and ducked I thought it was a gun shot.... i went to front desk and ask to be to another quiet location in hotel. ONLY BECAUSE I HAD ALEEADY PAID. Staff was nice and moved me. While I was on an assignment. A couple days later while I was at work another staff knocked on my door and told my husband and 2 yr old to leave when I say she was soooooo nasty and rude..mind u I paid my remaining balance around 11 am for room she come to put my husband and 2 yr old out around 5 PM🤨 SHE STATED MANAGEMENT WONT YAll out for non payment and they was gonna call the police....30 mins later another staff called and said she see payment and we was paid up until 2day...which I'm about to running from this dump...house keeping and daughter and mom staff was great... NURSES DONT COME HERE! HORRIBLE I have pictures and recorded conversations so MANAGEMENT don't get on here lying 👀👀

The area is meh and the room was okay for what it's priced. The floor was stained, out of 4 outlets located in the restroom sink area not a single one worked and parking was kind of limited. If we arrived back too late we had to park opposite the end of the property since all the spots were full or taken up by U-Haul trucks that they also rent out... However, the employees are extremely nice While it wasn't the best place, it was decent for the price for just myself and my girlfriend who were intending to be gone the entire day and really just needed a bed to come back to.

Smelled like smoke, stains on the floor and broken furniture. Good customer service and the cleaning lady was nice. They do allow pets though so not all bad.
