Do they open the outside doors earlier than the stores...for people to walk? If so, what time? And what days of the week? Also, what is the distance of one circuit around the inside?

Yes, they do open the doors early for walkers. Don't know the time. It's everyday for walking. Not sure of the distance

Yes they open the doors early unsure of what time though. The mall itself not including going into any shops is really small. Even if you're able to go into the shops it is a small mall.
