Meh. I chose the Express Lane option on my pickup, still had to wait.. counter girl had an attitude for whatever reason. Then I got home & I’m missing a chicken nugget. Same old Domino’s, more trouble than it’s worth.

A week ago we ordered pizzas online. When we got there to pick them up they were not done. I waited for over thirty minutes for them to finally get me our order. Only to have one stone cold pizza and one that supposedly had to be recooked three times. I was offered a “free coupon” for the next time I ordered pizzas. When I called to use the coupon I was informed it didn’t exist. I’m sorry ma’am. We will not be using this dominos for our pizza dinners again.

This has got to be one of the worst run pizza places in town. After getting an update at 6:06 my food was ready to be delivered, I didn't receive another update until 6:56 when it said the driver was leaving the shop. That's 50 minutes the food is sitting on the counter, and apparently the manager thought that this was acceptable. I tried to call but the phone lines are disconnected. So I went to the store and I arrived at the store before the driver arrived at my house. I showed the manager that calling the number that's listed in multiple areas on the internet for his store that the phone lines were disconnected. He said he didn't know anything about it, but if you look up reviews on MapQuest and any other review site there have been complaints about the phones being disconnected since May of 2021. It's now June of 2022. Although I can convince the manager to give me a refund I spoke with the driver to wait. I wanted to give him the tip, knowing it wasn't his fault and having canceled the order and having it refunded I knew he would lose out on money. He left before I could get back to the house to give him the tip and when I asked him about it the manager told him to go back to the store because I canceled. Sorry Domino's your loss.. I'll be putting in a corporate complaint tomorrow. Y'all need to do better, you're in the customer service industry... figure out how to serve the customer.

Waited the usual 30 mins (bake + delivery). Well, 40 mins later, I called and was told it would arrived in another 20 mins. I live 6 mins away. Don’t understand why it takes 50 mins. I watched the tracker show my pizza was in the vehicle that passed my home and sat in another area for longer than what may have been a second delivery to another address. When I called for a status, I was told the tracker isn’t accurate. It was funny to know the tracker was working just fine, after I spoke to the store clerk. I watched the driver arrive, turn by turn. It was very accurate when he pulled up, my order was marked delivered and he was then at my door seconds later. Won’t order here again. Pizza was cold. Driver didn’t not have it in a hot bag.
