That is true. They do not have a fresh non-frozen meat section. It is all frozen.
Yes they have near products in the grocery section, including prepackaged deli meats, canned meats, refrigerated and frozen meats as well. They don't have chicken or ground beef like you would see in a super market but they do have a nice, but limited selection.
