Not the best experience,as I was without air bags for over a month,then the module comes in and car is at Ford for 3 days ,without vehicle. It's a new Bronco. 7,000 miles .And Ford never called me 1st night to let me know they were keeping truck

Went in for a basic oil change, but was having minor issues with my car. They changed my oil, rotated tires and used their machine to read for any problems on my Bronco Sport. Was in and out in no time

It's best to call ahead. You can just walk in but depending on their work load you can end up waiting for some time.

We spray a disinfecting fog in all customer areas every day. Masks are required of employees and customers at all times. Customers can take a test drive without being accompanied by a salesperson. Plastic partitions in most customer areas. All vehicle touchpoints are disinfected after each vehicle is worked on in the shop. New and used vehicles are completely sanitized before delivery to each customer. Home pickup and drop off is available for service customers and showroom customers.
