It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone since they're always busy. My advice is to shop online and have the beds delivered to you or have them sent to a store for pick up. That way if it's not what you want, they can help you with the return or exchange. Hope this helps!

Several bunk beds were delivered Wednesday night.
Corporate switched over to the automated answering service and not all the time does it connect you even though it sounds like it's ringing on your end
