Will a struggling Mall add a retail outlet from an all but extinct industry? Hmmm. That's a tough one.
When we lost Borders I knew this area had gone downhill. Our last bookstore was history. Now the most decent bookstore is Barnes & Noble near Syracuse. Not to worry, Watertown seems to take more pride in being the drunkest city and proves it by allowing brewery after brewery after brewery to come into the city's limits and join the rest of the bars in town. For the most part, if you don't drink, there's not much to do around here.
I too read, a lost art in today's audio/tech world. I'm afraid book stores are for the over educated, that appreciated libraries, and the joys of quiet times. So no SRM will not put in a Barnes & Noble store.
They might, who knows
