Omg! These are the nicest and most helpful I've ever met. I highly recommend going here

Came during busy lunch hours. Sure there’s a bit of a wait, but from the greeting/sign-in to the actual processing the staff was friendly and professional. Everyone was helpful and with great attitudes.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Tried submitting proof of insurance, the clerk said "We can't accept that, that's just a policy, we need the one with a barcode." about the paper I presented that very clearly was titled "Verification of insurance" and also within the first sentence of said paper clearly stated "...this is not an insurance policy..." Meanwhile 2 weeks earlier I came in for a similar transaction and they were perfectly able to receive documents by email, without barcodes mind you, and submit them that way. Please hire people that actually know how to process DOT paperwork, or create a proper standard for processing it and ensure new-hires are well versed in it.

If only I could give minus stars. Don't tell me you are not a DMV clerk so you don't know what documents I need. You work there you should at least have a cheat sheet while sitting at the desk pretending to work. Update your website so folks can get what they need done without dealing with such level of incompetence.

Birth certificate, proff of residence, address, a bill statement
Drop them off with a 1.00 per plate. I seen it done while i was there for my appointment and the person dropping their plates off didnt have an appointment.
Yes, but often you can get an appointment very next day.
No you get 10 days after vehicle is registered to get it inspected
Yes he does
No appointment or drop box.
Your ID, a bill, insurance card, birth certificate.
Depends on the weight of the vehicle. The fee for just renewal is the annual cost on current registration times two for your two year renewal
You can go to the DMV and change your mailing address on your ID
You have to go online to make an appointment.
Yes u can just need an online account
Make an online appt. Go in get a reprint. May or maynot charge.. prob will tho.
Upon arrival, the person on the counter will give you the form
Request a copy your driving record. There was a $10 fee when I had to get one myself. You might be able to do so online.
What is the charge for non license ID
Good question! I'd be contacting them! Especially since your check has been cashed. I had to make an appointment to go to the DMV just to downgrade my enhanced license because I couldn't do so online. During the wait my license expired too. That was two weeks ago. They may be short staffed because of the virus conditions.
If it's just a regular drivers license it's around $55 - $65. Just a ID is $9
I would recommend calling the day prior to your appointment , or have someone call for/with you. (315) 785-3023 I would expect that the call ahead will allow the staff to explain the process or any action taken prior to or at the appointment.
1st floor is DMV office. It's the first door to the right as you enter the building
You still have to have an appt, they are booked out until at least December probably later. I dropped off the application for registration and got mine the next week.
You will have to get a salvage inspection. Call Gouverneur DMV they can explain to you what to do
Contact DMV. They have all the information
Online look up your location and it direct u through it
There is a back door of that building with a box. Tape a note to them stating that and your all set. Also, pulaski is open to go in without calling I heard.
You need to go online and make an appointment
What is today test? They are on site w appointments
I just found all Jefferson offices open monday 6/15/2020
They do them
Go to the DMV and ask them about it
10 bucks
One dollar
You need to go to a dmv office
Yes, make sure you keep the Receipt from the inspection.
So it would be a difference of $37.75 and maybe that is your sales tax amount.
https://dmv.ny.gov/driver-license/renew-license At the bottom of the page.
Just as long as you have filled out the application for your permit. The written test is now on a computer.
Yeah bring a copy of their license and updated insurance cards , the date of your vist to DMV Obviously paper work filled out and signed .😊
No appointments at the DMV. You walk in, first come first served. Go early or lines can be out the door.
Not to be mean but duh... That's a yes
Birth Certificate is a must. Then you need 6 points of identification. Ex: SS Card, passport, your out of state ID card.. so on.
You'd probably be able to if you bring a power of attorney from a lawyer stating specifically that the person you chose is authorized to renew it for you.
Like 5 minutes, and your be done.
Yes, at the Land Records desk in the same office
You might need your social security card....not just knowing it .....
