The lady at the front desk was professional and kind. I noticed she looked a bit hot and was sweating. I thought it was simply from working and thought nothing of it until we got to our room. It seems the a/c was out! We had a late check-in and wouldn’t have been able to find another place at a moment’s notice. It would have been nice if she’d have given us a heads up. It was miserable!

Positive: Friendly service, clean room. Breakfast variety was great. Negative: Wish they would have changed out the towels.

Positive: Cleanliness. Free hot breakfast was great. Negative: Young man at front desk was a bit rude when I inquired about the bill in the morning. Apparently I was sent a receipt showing your settlement with Hampton. I thought it was a second bill by Hampton. He said I should READ better next time.

Our family’s stay was perfect. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. The parking was very easy for our large truck. Also the location was easy for us going to the store and getting take out food. The pool was nice and warm. Also the lobby and breakfast area was very nice. I highly recommend! A+
