Does the mall have any walking/fitness programs for seniors or during the winter months. It is a large enough facility

Not sure about any program but usually seniors walk around inside and outside depending on weather conditions.

There is a bunch of senuors who walk the path way around the mall first thing in the mornings, not sure if there is any specific programs but it does tell you what the distance equals if you walk the walk pathway

Just go walk through the mall whenever you like
