How much per pound is a chuck end prime rib, bone-in?
For bone-in i recommend the whole piece (7 rib bones). This could be as large as 16 lbs at 6.49 a lb. Boneless; i recommend at least 10 lbs at 5.98 a lb. I suggest, for cooking time, oven at 375 and 15 min per lb. For a med. rare pull at 120 degrees. You can always cook it more if necessary.
