• All servers must wear masks during service. • Guests wear masks upon arrival and departure but remove them while seated. • Offer plastic cutlery and cups upon request • Wipe down menus after each use. Replace regularly • Sugar caddies, salt & pepper shakers, mustard & ketchup bottles are no longer to be placed on tables. They will be available upon request and sanitized between each use. • Sanitize all beer taps daily • Follow all CDC, WHO and Florida DOH guidelines • Servers and bartenders wash hands after handling cash or credit cards • Wipe down pens after each use • Coasters will be used in the tiki area only and will be single-use. Cocktail napkins will be used in the covered porch and indoor dining • Mints & toothpicks will be available by request. They will not be placed on the hostess stand. • Bar caddies containing cocktail napkins, straws and stirrers shall be placed out of public reach.
