This store advertises 24 Hr pharmacy right on the building. It's not 24 Hr. It was for years, but when COVID came along more than two years ago they closed this pharmacy at night for "safety reasons". Both hospices in this area use this pharmacy exclusively for people that are in extreme distress late at night. From Stuart the closest Walgreens is St Lucie West or Jupiter. This was not right then. It's definitely not right now.

I ran into Walgreens to buy Benedryl for my grandson when I got to the register the girl asked me for ID. I am 54 years old. P. S. I went to CVS did not have to show ID.

Has to be the worst Walgreens (if not the worst retail establishment) in the country. Terrible staff, terrible attitude, and little to no organization.
