Can anyone tell me what types of facilities they have for rent on the premises? Prices reasonable? We need something simple... this is our first time.

There are different rates it depends when . Mid season: October - December & April: 225 - 267 $/ day ; peak season January- March: 279 - 335 $ / day; off season: 199 - 240 $$/day. That's what I was told, but they can change the rates, it depends on availability

They do have rentals during season and in the summer. They are prefab homes. Some on stilts. Prices are by the month during season, probably with minimum stay. Summer it's a little different. We stayed 2 nights. I think it was around 180.00 per nite. The house was fully stocked. We brought groceries and our clothes. It was wonderful. It's a little pricey, but worth it. The amenities are great and you can walk to any number of bars and restaurants. Call them for additional details...Good luck!

They do have rentals, unfortunately I cant tell you the rates. We stayed there in the RV section Very nice place. I'm sure the office can help if you call.
