Such an amazing spot! I highly recommend the coconut shrimp and fried green tomatoes. If you're getting dessert you MUST get the orange sunset cake. It is the best restaurant dessert I've ever had! The deck was lovely. Inside it was a little too chilly, but the deck was perfect - especially with the sound of the waves in the background.

BUYER BEWARE! Orange theory Fitness Jensen Beach Their manager admitted to me that a staff member took my cancelation over the phone during covid but say I still deserved to be charged for 13 months totaling $1800. VERY SAD the type of business owners we have in our community. I did the right thing, they didn't train their employees correctly and I am being punished for it. I had nothing but great things to say about OTF until they basically stole from me. I advise everyone now to pick another place to work out! Good Luck OTF, Karma is a B

Everyone from the people that greet us at the door to the coaches and everyone else, makes this the best workout place I've ever tried. Everything is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The workouts themselves are the best and frankly, the only workout that has ever worked for me. It is a full body workout that has a unique way of combining strength, endurance and power. The friendly and helpful community here focus on form and encouragement while ensuring the entire class gets the workout best for them no matter where they are in their fitness journey. I would recommend giving Orangetheory Fitness in Jensen Beach a try. You will be happy you did.

I love the coach's enthusiasm and the comradery of the classes. The coaches are watching to make sure I'm using the correct form which is important to me. I really like that I get to do a different workout every time I go to class. It never gets boring! Having the workout displayed on the big screen easily keeps me on track. Everyone wipes down their station equipment so its always clean! I have been going to classes regularly for over a year which says alot !! Thank you OT for a great program!

I’m pregnant. Can I still do the workout?

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
