I don't know about the promotional popcorn bins, but when we were there a few months ago, refills were free.
never heard of the promo bins...but free refills on popcorn..may be same day purchase for free tho??
Good, I think they are free the day you buy them. However the concession stand employee there said, something about you can bring back any promo bin to have for another show for whatever price to refill. Not sure if that's correct or not?
