Who has camped and hiked here with dogs? I'm coming down for the dog bowl in Frankenmuth. I have two huskies. We are looking for dog friendly hiking close to the campground because we will be staying in a tent at the campground.

Very pet friendly. Groomed and paved trails to walk, run or bike on.

Just cant take dogs to the beach.

We were there last year, great place to hike and your dogs are welcome.

We stay there every year, a couple times a year. When we inquired, they said you can take your dog on the beach, as long as it is not in the blocked off area for swimming and hanging out. He is a pitbull and he loves it there. When the kids go to the water park he sits over to the side with my hubby and never has a problem.

Lots of trails and area for walking pups. Just not allowed on beach.

Lots of trails fight by the part one is 20 miles or so long.

The campground is across the street from the bay where there is lots of play space again on a leash. Bay City is a solid twenty five minute drive to Frankenmuth. There is a private campground in Frankenmuth. It is a typical private though as in not much space and no hiking trails.

Lot's of trails... but no dog beach so if they like water your out of luck
