Call the Chief Nursing Officer, Hope Bailey. She would want to hear your comments.
Find out what department they work in, ER, acute care, Etc. Call the hospital and transfer to that department and ask to speak with the manager. If they are not available leave a message for them to call you back. Also leave a short explanation as to why you want them to call you back. State your complaint and they should take care of the rest.
I would try to call the hospital and tell them over the phone if that does not work you could go there in person and tell them also you could try to leave a review on their website if you can.
