I went here to just exchange a ten for some quarters, and they wouldn't do so unless i had an account. They weren't rude, but the bank across the street does this no problem, so them trying to use that as a segway to open an account with them wasn't appreciated. The reason they gave was "they had to track the money" which is very confusing, why is the bank tracking who gets quarters? Oh well.

To set up direct deposit, complete and print our our Direct Deposit Form. Once you have completed the requested information, give the form to your company's payroll department. To establish direct deposit of your social security benefit, visit the social security direct deposit website. Funds can be direct deposited into your checking, savings, or money market account.

Online banking is available for personal checking, savings, certificates of deposit, money market accounts, and select loans. Business customers can access online banking for select accounts, too. Once you open an eligible account with us, you can sign up for online banking here. Next, use your smartphone to download Flagstar Mobile from Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Once it’s installed, use the same username and password that you use with online banking to log in.

How do I report a lost/stolen card?

Please contact Customer Service or log into your online account as soon as possible, and report that your card is lost or stolen. They will place an immediate restriction on the card so it cannot be used and order you a new card. ATM cards are also available at your local branch and can be issued and activated during your visit.
