We do have asparagus available now, however, we are still waiting on our local, Michigan grown asparagus that we pick up right from the farm :) - we usually start serving that on Mother’s Day :)

The company I work for is a produce company and is a major contributor to asparagus in Michigan. The asparagus season will start about the middle of May slowly and eventually in to the early part of June before it is done. Hopefully this gives you a little bit better of an idea. Of course I'd only comes into play if they actually use Michigan asparagus.
