14 is the minimum age to apply!
I would contact the company for an exact answer. Each company has their own rules which the age limit can be different from the WI law minimum age of 14.
I think 15 is the cutoff, with a parent on site, my daughter was accepted to work Kids Kingdom, I was required to be on site, I applied for a job as well, it was a great experience
I think you have to be 16 to work there.
It is legal in IL but I am not sure if they would hire someone so young.
