very frustrated and disappointed that a year ago, we purchased several appliances. One of the appliances stopped working just 4 days after the one year warranty expired. I called and emailed and received zero response. I find it reprehensible that they could not cover the appliance when it stopped working so soon after the warranty expired. Planned obsolescence for a $650 appliance is really reprehensible. They sure were happy to get our money when we purchased everything--over the past 20 years, we have purchased many appliances from them. No more. I will go elsewhere where people at least have the decency to be human.

In Kenosha you'd get Grand service. We do subcontract in certain markets, however.
Just went Monday to look into buying a washer and dryer. Went w/o a mask due to health reasons. They didn't harass me, but didn't get a welcome feeling. It's a shame companies make people feel so unwelcomed when someone can't wear a mask.
I don't work there so I don't know. But I bought a fridge there this past sunday, and it's being delivered this upcoming Saturday.
