They can definitely tell you. They have allergen lists.
If you are worried about allergies, unfortunately I do not think the faire operates in a way that could be peanut free entirely. I've never seen anything specifically saying peanut free. I feel like the cross contamination possibilities are there. They have specific vendors that sell nuts as well.
I believe most of the food offerings are peanut/tree nut free, but I am not sure which ones exactly. They also have roasted nut stands if you're looking for nuts.
