I would suggest, in the future, bring it to someone's attention after 10 minutes. Give them a chance to make it right... I am sure they will.
The service there has dropped off a bit. New people little supervision. They need to stress the customer is most important !
I am not sure but I think your order must have been missed. It happens.
I've always had great service tell the manager
They may be crowded, they normally don't have you waiting long.
