Absolutely love this location! The staff members are very knowledgeable and they never try to over sell you. They will only hit you with facts and if they don't know the answer to your question, they always find someone who does. I really appreciate quality products/excellent customer and you will definitely find that here. 💯 Edit: Thomas should be promoted to what ever is the highest title you can hold up in this Best Buy. He is an incredible customer service representative and an expert in all things electronic. He made my difficult phone exchange feel effortless. Thanks Thomas! My friend and I stopped into this store earlier today to get my friend a refurbished phone after hers had been stolen… Kyle, the manager, was the most helpful and resourceful human we’ve dealt with at this location, and all locations between Raleigh and Asheville. My order was supposed to be delivered today. I had a service representative help me with scheduling an installation appointment for Saturday and specifically asked them if everything would arrive on time. They promised me there would be no issues with the timeline. Well,' the item was supposed to be delivered today and still has not shipped. When I noticed late in the evening yesterday that it had not yet shipped, I reached out again to make sure everything would be good to go. I was told, AGAIN, not to worry and that it would arrive today. Surprise, surprise. Delivery was supposed to happen today and it still hasn't even shipped yet. And now I'm suddenly being told it MIGHT ship within the next couple of business days by the customer service agents on the phone and "we'll just have to wait" to see what happens. REALLY? Chat is even worse. They keep insisting that the item, in fact, HAS shipped and will be delivered today, despite the order clearly showing that it has NOT shipped and the UPS tracking number NOT being recognized by UPS. This has to be, hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This will likely be the last time I do business with Best Buy.

I don't rely on calling or chats. Face to face is best. The store isn't too crowded nowadays. Just take precautions for yourself. Do what works for you. Just understand everyone is doing what you are doing. Long wait is average time. Just be patient or just take your business elsewhere.

They sell Amazon Firesticks so I would imagine you could exchange products if something has gone wrong with the firestick. As far as purchasing just the remote, I'm not 100% sure. You could try. They might.

When they deliver a new T.V they give you an option to pay for them taking the old one away. It is $15 for them to take away and dispose the old T.V. We had a new T.V delivered and paid $15 for the disposal of our old one. We also had 2 other old ones that I asked them about and they said they would take those as well as long as I paid the $15 for each T.V It cost $45 but I got rid of 3 old T.V.s! One of which we could not even pick up ourselves let alone find anyone to take it.
Therr may be a backlog due to heavy volume. The sooner you schedule the repair the better.
If you are looking for warranty information you want to contact the equipment /device manufacturer possibly even the website not Best Buy.
