No swimming but there is a public pool in Oakland about 3 miles down the road. The pool season is based on the school summer season.
I'm not sure you can swim there, but dogs are allowed for sure.

No swimming allowed but dogs are allowed but must be on a leash when out walking and tied up when at the campground at all times .
