Been there about ten times since 2003. It's always a blast. I find it fun to wear a fake mullet wig
The Peshtigo is a class 3 river, and the Menominee is class 4. The Peshtigo is rain fed so the water can get lower on this river. When this happens we can only take down our single man funyaks (inflatable kayak type Rafts). The rapids are still there it's just a bit rocky getting to the rapids when water levels are lower. The Peshtigo is best to run in Spring or after a big rain storm. The Menominee is dam controlled so the water there it always high. On this river you'd be in a larger 6-12 man raft. Let us know if you have any other questions!
It depends on the season. However, they are classified as class III-IV
