As a multi dog owner, the charge is standard practice. The pillow cannot be used any longer.

Standard charge as the pillow, cover & case, needs to be thrown out & replaced for the next guest. Good to see that the staff here thinks of its guests first. And dogs only need to be crated when the guest is NOT on the room.

I guess that is a very standard charge all around and reason is that the pillow, pillow cover and to some extend the bed sheet too is not reusable any more.
