Previously a holiday inn. Clearly was nice some time ago. It's quite dated at this point. It serves well as a fairly low-cost conference location.
Was Holiday Inn until independent proprietor acquired it last year. Stayed under both and thought property getting shabby and needs serious maintenance
Not a chain, but a good hotel
The Boxboro Regency is a new independent hotel in the area as of last year, with affiliated hotels in Westford Ma & in Dover Nh.
