Questions & Answers

I am in Maine. It was at our church thrift store. I felt it dear and that it ought to be "home". Does your society have a copy?

5/7/2022 Tina, Yes, we have had a publisher re-print it for several printings. Occasionally, we have had visitors at the Museum who see the book and can't afford to buy a copy, so we have given a "returned" copy to them as a gift. Much appreciated by all. More interestingly would be who from Boxborough would have moved to Maine and decided to give up the book to the local church thrift store? There is a lot of Boxborough family history related in the Hager book, and I as a Curator have used it for creating family displays at the Museum. Duncan Brown Curator The Boxborough Museum

The book " Boxborough: A New England Town And It's People", copyright 1890, by Lucie C. Hager has come into my possession. Are you interested in it?
