County disposal facilities will accept boats and jet skis for disposal on a case by case basis. In general, a "junk slip" from the Department of Motor Vehicles is required. If deemed acceptable, the vessel must be drained of any automotive fluids and all switches, electronics and hazardous materials must be removed. Thank you.
Not sure but if you call them they are always happy to help with information. I've called a few times before driving there and they're always great about answering my questions and letting me know how much it will cost. Their website might also have your answer for you.
