The North County landfill on Harney ln. Is open everyday from 7am to 4pm except for a few holidays according to their website. The 4pm closing time means they want to lock the gate at 4pm so getting there by 3:30 pm is a good idea to have time to unload and get out by 4pm.
Gates are open: Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day.
