You must notify to City office located on 153 S Broadway St. Turlock CA, and get the permission from Park & recreation department. This park safe & big enough for the parties.
It is a big enough park to hold parties, receptions and possible weddings.......They do have electrical areas.......There's a lot of ducks and geese in the water area......Nice safe park from what I see and notice. My view of the park.
