We just went down to the park to feed the Geese and someone has shredded one of the Geese's wings... who does this sort of thing... now that Goose can't fly to safety.... what can be done to help the Goose?

Now that u know where that geese is I think u should take it to animal hospital , cuz if u call animal control they will come pick it up and take care of it by killing it.
