I have not seen any poison oak around the beach lately, but it is always in the surrendering areas. Poison ivy is not usually found in California.
There's a walkway leading down to the beach so you really don't walk through any bushes or anything like that.
The beach is very well taken care of, there shouldn't be any intruding plants in the sand. The only way you may come in contact with poison oak or ivy is if you explore the surrounding brush, and even then, you may not see any.
The climate at the beach is not conducive to poison oak but i would be cautious further inland or in Muir woods.
