Sorry you had a bad experience there. I stay there often and have had nothing but perfect stays.
Likewise, we had a wonderful experience...give em another chance.
No I wasn't the issue maybe you work there are a relative but no sorry it was her attitude and I'm a member for long staying at Marriott hotel since 20 plus years I even put a complaint in with corporate office on the matter and if she was having a bad day shouldn't take it out on customer
We stayed for several days and will stay there again. The manager on duty each shift was always pleasant and the GM was very kind and helpful. Sounds like you may have been the issue.
