So before this establishment shut down the first time they would take the phone off the hook so you couldn’t get through for call in orders(beyond frustrating) . Well they are up to their old tricks again after trying to call for 45 minutes had to drive down and wait for 20 minutes. Got a Jim Dandy bananas we’re so green I thought they were plantains . Manager was sweet and helpful young black women rest of staff very young kind of unorganized.

Food is ok. If you go there you will get your full meal however never order grub hub, Uber eats, door dash or take out, even standing on line for ice cream. They forget every single time someone’s meal or like tonight my ice cream. So tired of when I am There checking the bag and telling them they missed something or ordering from door dash and having to call them to tell them they forgot something and having to get in my car to go and get it. What’s the point of take out. They are horrible. If they want more business they really need to change there staff and reevaluate how they do business. My kids went to get the family ice cream tonight and they were there for over an hour and they forgot to enter it twice and to boot forgot my ice cream. We are done and will order some place else.

I love this location. The server, Chelsea, is amazing! She's been there forever and truly is just phenomenal at her job! The manager, Diana, is also great at her job! You can tell she sets the standard. As long as they work here we will always drive out of the way to come to this Friendly's location.

Total staff of 2 at 4pm. Both very polite but overwhelmed when not busy ( 3 tables of 2 , 1 of 3, 3 of 1 ). Sat 14 minutes before Markus came.
